TNT Preview: The Marriage Go-Round

Howdy! The last TNT of this month is the 1961 comedy The Marriage Go-Round, which will be premiering on TCM Thursday.

This film stars Susan Hayward as Content Delville, a college's dean of women and the wife to Paul Delville, a professor at the school, who initially looks forward to a visit from a former work associate comes to visit with his daughter. The daughter, now a beautiful--and sort of shameless--young woman throws the couple for a loop when she arrives alone then tries to put her mark on her father's very married former colleague. For the time period this film was made in, I'm quite sure that for some, this was a bit too risque. Unfortunately, this is another film that I can't find a good trailer for or anywhere to stream it online, so be sure to catch it this Thursday when it premieres at 8pm EST on TCM.
