The Secret of Santa Vittoria stars Anthony Quinn as Italo, the new mayor of Santa Vittoria, who tries to get the city back on the right track following the death of Mussolini. After hearing that the German army intends to invade the city and take over their wine production, which is what the city makes their money from, Italo decides to fight back.
