Lonelyhearts is a drama that stars Montgomery Clift as a young reporter between jobs who makes friends with the wife of a local newspaper editor-in-chief. The man gives Clift's Adam a job, but to Adam's surprise on his first day at the job, his new assigned post is over the Lonelyhearts column in the newspaper. As Adam doles out advice in his column, however, he finds that drawing the line between personal and professional is harder than he anticipated. He becomes a bit too involved in the lives of his readers, and this leads to trouble for him. This is another morning film, so make sure to rent or DVR it if possible. See you tomorrow!
