'Ello! This week our TNT falls on Christmas Eve so this is more of an optional TNT because I know many of you will probably be busy on Thursday. If you're interested, though, we'll be watching the 1947 comedy The Bishop's Wife.

I guess TCM felt I deserved an early Christmas gift, since they're giving me a Cary Grant film on Christmas Eve. Kidding....sort of. Anyway, my play husband Cary Grant stars alongside Loretta Young and David Niven in this holiday-themed rom com about an angel who comes just in the nick of time to help a bishop struggling with the problems going on in his life. Here's the trailer:
The Bishop's Wife will be on this Thursday at 8PM EST. If you'd like to watch it online instead, here's where you can rent or buy it:
And on another brief note, the re-design isn't going so well. I mean, it's going, but I'm struggling with a theme and that seems to be preventing me from moving any further. I have the basic template that I'd like to use, but in addition to the theme issues, I'm having problems with taking out certain elements without messing up the code. That's the problem I'm having with the review blog's re-design as well, so at this point honestly I'm ready to throw in the towel. lol The tentative return date is still the first full week of January, operative word being tentative. Since I don't really know what I'm doing, I thought it would overwhelm me more to have an exact date so I just gave an estimate instead. I hope you can bear with me until then.
But anyway, that does things for me this week. I don't know if I'll be making a Christmas post this year, so if I don't see you until next Monday, I hope that you have a fabulous holiday! See you soon!
