Celebs in Vintage: Debi Mazar

Confession time: I only started this Celebs in Vintage thing so that I could make this particular post. I don't see a lot of celebrities that consistently turn to vintage inspiration both on and off the red carpet. They usually break out fashion that begs for the overused phrase "Old Hollywood glam" to be used, but in everyday life, they usually dress rather normally. I have managed to find a few celebs who actually enjoy a more retro style of dress in their off-time, so I wanted to start something for it on here. By the by, if any of you follow any celebs who dress in vintage in their off-time, shoot me a comment so I can see!

Moving on, I've seen Debi Mazar in quite a few things over the years, but I think I remembered her name and her eyes before I remembered anything else. Since I wasn't really a fan of retro fashion until I was an adult, I didn't pay attention to the fashion when I first heard about her, but I started watching Extra Virgin about a year ago and I was able to see how she dresses everyday. She has this very classic, very vintage yet effortlessly glam sense of style that really agrees with her and about 40% of the reason why I watch the show is so I can see what she has on. LOL On the red carpet, even if she went modern with her fashion, something, whether it be her hair or her makeup, is still retro-chic. So I went net-stalking and dug up some pics.

I really love how vintage wears on her; the makeup, fashion and hair come together and give her a bit of individuality without looking fussy, overdone or fake. I think the way she styles herself showcases how beautiful she is in a low-key, elegant manner that again, agrees with her. Everything has a very natural overall feel and I like when styling on celebs looks to be more of an enhancer than a concealer. On a random note, she's also a fellow member of the Chicks with Lisps club. LOL I just like her though; the shared love of vintage is just what sealed the deal.

I don't know yet if this will become a recurring post series on ATV; I might find some more celebrities over time but I doubt it'll become a regular thing like TNT or Vintage Spotlights. Let me know what you think, should I try to find more celebs who wear vintage and feature them on here?
