From The Pinterest Files.....

If I have not already said so, I am a proud Pinterest addict. The comic below is a pretty good visual of the chain of events that transpired after I found it and was able to sign up. The final strip still happens now, well over a year after initially finding it, when I'm not doing other things and need some time to kill.

I have it everywhere. And I do mean everywhere. I have it on my phone, I have it on my iTouch, I have it as an extension in my Chrome browser, I have the extension as a right-click function in all of my browsers, I have the add-on on Firefox, I have it saved in my bookmarks, I even got my mom started on it. So in addition to being a Pinterest addict I am also a Pinterest pusher, a Pin pusher if you will. (like that pun, huh? I know I'm not the first to say it in the world, but I'm the first to say it in my circle....so I'm taking partial credit. LOL)

I think it's a great place to share pictures, sites and things that otherwise would get shoved into a Bookmarks folder that you'll probably forget about later amongst all of the other things you put in there. Or is that just my problem? . I just haven't had a lot of time to do much random surfing because I've been busy with other things (I'm graduating in two months and I'm still planning the trip, I'm trying desperately to fix up this blog so I'm Googling my bum off, and I still have homework to do.......those are just the major thieves of my time, trust me, there's more) so I haven't been Pin pushing or using as much lately, but it's still an important part of my life. Anywhoodle, I thought I'd start a recurring series of posts on here about my finds on Pinterest. I'm going to start another on the gems I find on Etsy, because that place is a treasure trove and deserves medals. You already have the link to the ATV board on my Pinterest, but I thought it would be fun to share a few of those things on here as well. Just a few random outfits, projects or articles that I find on my Pinning journeys. Share your finds and boards too, I want to see! And if you're one of few that are not yet on Pinterest.....you really should join. You'll find so many things that you haven't stumbled on before, find new projects that you feel you just have to take on....but most likely will never get around to doing so, and it really can end up being a source of inspiration. 

I should be back with my first From the Pinterest Files sometime this week, in between prepping more Summer Under the Stars posts and working on some design components of the blog, with the Etsy post not far behind so keep a look out for those.
