I've never seen a John Hodiak film, so even though I wanted to choose Homecoming as the Daily Cinema choice, he only had a minor part in that film I went with Two Smart People instead. Two Smart People stars John Hodiak alongside Lucille Ball as two con artists who end up falling in love. Hodiak's Ace pulls a scam on a man, but in the nick of time, the intended victim's friend jumps in with a scam of her own. Agreeing to testify, his ex-partner decides to enter the fray, revenge on his mind. I'm thinking this is a comedy, but I'm not entirely sure. I still want to see it. Today's Twitter tags are #HodiakTCM for the day's movies and #atvhodiak for the Daily Cinema. See you tomorrow!
