TNT Preview: The Twelve Chairs

For our last TNT this month, we'll (you lol) be watching the 1970 comedy The Twelve Chairs, directed by the night's featured star, Mel Brooks.

This movie stars Frank Langella, Ron Moody and Dom DeLuise as three men on the hunt for a stash of priceless jewels that had been sewn into one of the chairs in the family's twelve-seat dining room set. A deathbed confession of where the jewels were hidden by one of the characters' (Ron Moody) mother-in-law sends him, the village priest (Dom DeLuise, whose character denounced his priesthood after overhearing the confession and decided to steal the jewels for himself) and a local con artist (Frank Langella in his film debut) on a wild goose chase to find the jewels and hilarity ensues. Here's the trailer:

The Twelve Chairs will be on this Thursday at 8pm EST.
